Robologic, a subsidiary of Coneteq LLC, has been developing AI technology since 2005. Through our "algorithmic analysis," we are confident in delivering a world-class AI technology platform with highly attractive and demanded products.
To maintain momentum in this fast-growing AI technology market, we are inviting individuals, groups, and organizations either direct or through intermediaries who are interested in acquiring AI technology to take over and run for the finish line.
To attract an intermediary and to energies his/her momentum finding an entity he/she
would require to know:
A, how attractive is the offer to the entities
B, how attractive is their product in the market
C, what will be the fee to complete a deal
No upfront payment to Robologic, only to finance monthly the development (the work force and essentials) for 2 years ($2,500,000). Entities would gain control of a world-class AI technology platform.
The entity will have 45% of equity (voting shares)
The entity will have full control of disbursement of funds and allocations
The entity will invest only the agreed necessary funds for the development of the operation
Robologic will receive 55% voting shares and control of R&D department only when successful delivery of the agreed AI products (therefore I know for sure I will DELIVER)
B, We have chosen a very challenging and demanded AI products that will generate fast revenue streams in the market, for example B1:
B1: This product will allow users to upload their documents, e-book, publication, etc. in internet. Then ask specific meaningful queries using natural language about the context of the document, it can be for analysis, comparison, sorting, filtration, etc., and the Robologic results will be accurate, thus saving tremendous time to spent to find answers to their queries. This product is ideal for scholars, lawyers, doctors, seminar attendees, researchers and others.
C, To speed up the start of the operation, we are offering intermediaries
(individual or group) a 10% fee (around $250,000) from the investment funds for
concluding a deal. We are not offering any exclusivity to any intermediaries;
it's an open invitation. When a deal is concluded between the entity and the Robologic,
then the intermediary or intermediaries will receive the 10% commission from the investment,
either individually or distributed among their group, as per their mutually agreed terms.
